Upon using this website or any tools and resources furnished by US, all parties agree that the hosting services and tools and resources are provided by a Texas company, and the tools and resources provided by US shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, County of Denton. And, prior to any disputes or legal action against US, the involved parties will undergo binding arbitration at their expense in said county and state.  Any cause of action or claim YOU may have with respect to US or the services provided must be commenced within sixty (60) days after the claim or cause of action in stated state and county or such claim or cause of action is barred.
